Each month is approximated as its own billing cycle (real TNEB cycles are bi-monthly, not monthly), so absolute totals here won't be as precise as the calculator above — treat this as a trend, not an exact figure. Only covers the period the Home Grid Meter has been tracked, so this will fill in and become more meaningful over time.

How this is calculated

CUF-eligible units Solar kW × 21% CUF × 24h × days in cycle — the theoretical maximum export TANGEDCO credits, regardless of how much you actually exported.
Net units Import units minus whatever export (capped at the CUF-eligible amount, plus any carried-forward credit) is used to offset it. This is what actually gets billed via the slab rates.
CC Charges Telescopic slab rate on net units — a cheaper "Tier 1" table (100 free, then 2.35/4.70/6.30 per unit) applies if net units end up ≤500 for the cycle; a "Tier 2" table (100 free, then 4.70 up to 9.45/10.50/11.55 for higher slabs) applies above 500.
Network charges A wheeling/network fee of ₹0.32 per CUF-eligible unit — charged on the theoretical max, not on what you actually exported or on your net bill.
Export credit carry-forward If your CUF-eligible export exceeds what's needed to zero out import, the leftover carries forward to reduce next cycle's net units — but per TANGEDCO's own rule, any unused credit is forfeited after March/April each financial year.
